HVAC Service Technician

About the Role

Dependable HVAC is a locally family-owned and operated HVAC company looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We service both residential and commercial customers throughout our service area and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can confidently diagnose and repair HVAC systems. Responsibilities include: Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, package units, mini-splits, and other HVAC equipment Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers Complete service documentation and job notes Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Follow proper safety procedures and company standards Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC service experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in the field EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license and clean/reliable driving record Professional, dependable, and customer-service focused Must be comfortable working in residential and commercial environments At Dependable HVAC, honesty and quality workmanship are extremely important to us.
